SHIPPING & RETURNS
We prefer to use Royal Mail when shipping all domestic and international orders. Items purchased from our website are always packaged and shipped the next business day using Royal Mail 48 Hr 'Signed for' service. Items are packaged in cartons that have been drop tested to ensure that your purchase will arrive safely and undamaged. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com and include a picture of the damaged packaging/item. We will exchange your purchase as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging. Your return must be in a re-sellable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid Trainyard invoice or, for online returns, your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please return the faulty item to 27 Old Gloucester Rd, London, WC1N 3AX. We will also reimburse the cost of returning the item to us and send a replacement as soon as possible.
